Designing custom invitations is my, absolute, favorite thing to do! I will be there for you and guide you through the entire process. Custom Design fees start at $500 in addition to production costs. The design fee includes monograms, maps, watercolor, and other elements that make your invitations special! Custom Designs will not be re-used for any future weddings, unless given the approval.

STEP 1: WELCOME
To start the process, please complete your Consultation Questionnaire by clicking the button below. This does not commit you to working with me, it just provides information needed to send you personalized quotes and confirm our availability.
Step 2: CONSULTATION
After I receive your inquiry, we will have a get-to-know-you meeting, e-mail, phone, or video call, whichever is most convenient. This is your chance to ask questions, tell me about your style, and express your needs. This is my chance to hear about your dream invitation/stationery and the details of your wedding or event. I simply want to get a feel for you are so that your stationery is as personal as possible.
Step 3: ESTIMATE
After our consultation, I will send you a detailed proposal, showing the total investment for your order. This proposal can change, based on any design decisions you choose to make during the proofing process. If requested, I will also send a concept board.
Step 4: DEPOSIT & CONTRACT
If you would like to move forward, a signed agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to start the design process. After I receive your deposit and signed contract I will send over a questionnaire to fill out for wording and provide you with a detailed timeline.
STEP 5: CREATE!!!
Time to design!!! In this step I will send you 2 to 3 design options to review. In this phase, you will give me feedback (let me know everything you like, dislike, etc.). If you don't love anything, please let me know. I will be happy to send over more options!
STEP 5: PROOFING AND APPROVAL
Based off the feedback I receive from the initial design options, I will design a digital proof of the invitation and all accompanying pieces for you to review. All orders include 3 complimentary rounds of revisions. Once you LOVE the design, I will email you a final design proof that you will sign.
You are responsible for ensuring all quantities, wording, colors and details are accurate on your proofs and proposal. Your proposal will be adjusted to reflect any order changes we made along the way. No additional changes can be made once your provide your final approval.
STEP 6: Production
Once a final proof is approved, I will send along an itemized invoice and payment link. Production begins as soon as payment is received. Please note that flat printed orders take about 3 weeks to complete, and letterpress and foil printed orders take about 6 weeks to complete.
I can arrange shipping your invitations via USPS or FedEx for an additional fee.
